Plus a superhero should have a moniker unless they are fine with the identity being public. The proposed Yara Flor/Wonder Girl series would have failed for the same reason.īut then, thw WB has cancelled almost all their superhero shows anyway.I never watched it, but I totally agree. She didn't have enough backstory going yet for me to get a normal fanboy rush over 'I can't wait to see how they do this in live action', or 'I wonder if they'll include this part'. She had 6 issues of a mini out, and had just started appearing in JL. Honestly, I didn't dislike the show.but I had no rooting value for Naomi yet.

Again this is a school trip and she's not in their school but her appearance is completely contrived because they have to include the entire friend group in everything that happens despite it not being necessary. Naomi and her friends took a field trip to a nearby college, which the dropout character proceeds to show up during the trip out of nowhere. The worst case was prolly how one of the characters was a high-school dropout (though she managed a comic store, whatever). Could not tell you their names or personalities, but everywhere they went they had to include everyone, characters just randomly showing up so they can be included in exploration and shit. There was this bizarrely large friend group, 6 people. Also they threw in a bunch of characters so their actor friends can get paychecks.Heh this reminds me of when I watched the show. The show wasn't good but then again they made 13 hour long episodes on a character with barely any comic history. No because it didn't even work out with Young Justice and Justice League.
